★ Campbell CTS Tools

Your Models,
In Plain English.

CONDUIT is a set of MCP servers that connect Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Autodesk Forma, and point clouds to Claude and ChatGPT. Ask a question about a model and get an answer from the model — not a guess. Built by someone who has run the coordination meetings, not by a software vendor.

$49 per seat / month · $30 founding rate for the first 10 firms · 14-day free trial

★ What's Included

Five Servers.
One Subscription.

Revit

Read, edit, check and document a live Revit model — and see exactly what changed after the assistant touches it.

  • Query elements by category, type, level, or workset
  • Bulk edits that dry-run first and undo in one step
  • Clash detection, model health, and standards audits
  • Sheets, viewports, titleblocks, tags, and view templates
  • Export IFC, DWG, PDF, NWC, images, gbXML, and Excel
  • Snapshot the model and diff what changed, and who changed it
128 toolsRevit 2024–2027

Civil 3D

The deepest server in the set. Ask the drawing a question instead of walking a dialog box.

  • Surfaces, alignments, profiles, and corridors
  • Pipe networks and structures
  • Parcels, points, and point groups
  • Labels, styles, and annotation
  • Attach and import PDF underlays
  • Entity counts and drawing audits
58 toolsCivil 3D 2026

Navisworks

Turn clash results into answers instead of a 400-row report nobody reads.

  • Read clash tests and results with full context
  • Search the model tree by any property
  • Inspect item properties and property categories
  • Read and create selection sets
  • Comment on selection sets for the coordination log
  • Read saved viewpoints and model statistics
  • Export item data to CSV via Navisworks’ own exporters
27 toolsNavisworks Manage 2024–2027

Construction Cloud

The widest reach of any of them. Forma and BIM 360 project data, without the tab-hopping.

  • Issues, RFIs, and submittals end to end
  • Cost — budgets, contracts, PCOs, OCOs, SCOs
  • Assets, forms, meetings, and photos
  • Sheets, locations, and model sets
  • Company and project user directories
  • Runs against the cloud — nothing to install per version

Point Cloud

Get scan data into a usable state without a full afternoon in a registration package. Runs entirely on your machine — no account, and nothing uploaded anywhere.

  • Inspect a cloud for density, extents, classification, and structure
  • Process and downsample for downstream use
  • Extract ground points from terrain scans straight to CSV
  • Attach a cloud to a Civil 3D drawing
  • Build a Civil 3D surface from a cloud or a CSV

★ Inside The Revit Server

One Server,
128 Tools.

The Revit server went from 27 tools to 128. Alongside the reads and edits it always had, it now covers sheet and annotation production, standards auditing, export, and an audit trail for its own work.

Snapshots & Diff

Capture the model at a timestamp, then diff two captures to see exactly what changed — and on workshared models, who changed it. This is the audit trail for edits an assistant made.

It Can See The View

The assistant can capture a view and get a rendered image back, so it can look at what it is discussing instead of inferring the drawing from parameters.

Clash Detection In Revit

A bounding-box pre-pass, then real solid intersection, skipping joined and host/hosted pairs. On a live model that took 70,966 box tests down to 474 solid tests — 5 clashes in 298 ms.

One Undo Reverses It

Every batch operation runs inside a single transaction group. If a bulk edit was not what you meant, one Ctrl+Z takes back the whole thing rather than three hundred separate changes.

Dry Run First

Destructive tools default to a dry run and report exactly what would change before anything happens. You approve the edit after reading it, not before.

Versions Side By Side

Each Revit version binds its own port, so 2024 and 2027 can be open at once and the assistant picks one or is pinned to it. The bridge is authenticated per instance, so no other local process can drive your model.

By domain: 17 query, 13 selection and view, 15 bulk authoring, 16 QA and standards, 23 sheets and annotation, 9 export, and 8 snapshot and timestamp tools, on top of the original core reads and instance management. The list is generated from the running server rather than maintained by hand — /mcp/tools.json.

One caveat worth saying out loud: NWC export needs Autodesk’s free Navisworks Exporters package installed for Revit. Installing Navisworks itself does not provide it — it is a separate download, one per Revit version.

Where testing stands: all four versions build clean against each release’s own Revit API and have been smoke-tested live against a real model, all four running side by side on their own ports. 2027 covered every tool domain, including a write and a restore. On 2024 the server registers 127 tools against 129 on the others — the two that need Revit 2025 or later are dropped at runtime, so the version gating does real work rather than just compiling. It’s a smoke test across domains, not a full test suite.

★ Requirements

What You Need.

Claude Or ChatGPT

Conduit plugs into the assistant you already pay for — Claude Desktop, Claude Code, or ChatGPT through Codex. We connect to your subscription; we don't include one and we don't resell one.

The Host Application

Each server drives software you already license. Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, your Autodesk Forma account — all yours to own. We don't replace any of it.

Windows & A Connection

The desktop servers run locally on a Windows workstation alongside the host application, and check their license online once a day. The cloud servers run anywhere.

Setup & Onboarding

$750 one-time on per-seat plans. Five servers across Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Forma and point clouds is a real install — this covers getting your machines running and your team past the first week. Waived on Firm-Wide.

Three-Seat Minimum

Named licensing only works if the people using it have licenses. Three seats is the floor for a company account — a coordinator, a modeler, and whoever runs the meeting.

Trial & Cancellation

Fourteen days free, no card required to start. You get a reminder before day fourteen; if you do nothing, the trial ends and the servers stop. Cancel any month from your own billing page.

Why per person?

Because that's how the work happens. A VDC coordinator uses these across a desktop and a laptop in the same afternoon; charging per machine would just tax them for having two. A seat follows the person.

Why is there a founding rate?

The first ten firms are taking a real risk on early software and giving back the feedback that shapes it. $30 is what that's worth. It's locked for as long as you stay subscribed — not an introductory teaser that resets in a year.

Do I need all five?

You get all five regardless. Most firms start with one and find a second useful within a month, and splitting them into tiers would just create decisions nobody wants to make.

How finished is this?

Honestly: still early, but further along than it was. The Revit server has now been smoke-tested live against real models on all four versions — 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027 — with all four running side by side, each on its own port. 2027 went through every tool domain, including a real write and a restore. That’s a smoke test across domains, not a full test suite. The other four servers run on real projects every week but haven’t been through formal release testing on machines other than ours. That’s what the early group is for, and it’s why the founding rate is what it is.
